The sudden and rapid decline of the steel and coal mining industries in the Yorkshire and Humber region, left many of our communities facing economic hardship.
Over the last ten years the Key Fund has been delivering financial and practical support in the form of grants, loans, investment and advice to literally hundreds of organisations, many of which now thrive and provide local jobs.
We offer a range of flexible finance for community initiatives. And as a social enterprise, we reinvest money generated into supporting similar projects.
