We have a range of finance solutions that can be tailored to your individual needs. The level of funding can range from small amounts to hundreds of thousands of pounds, delivered either directly from Key Fund Yorkshire or in conjunction with our partners.
Green Fund - Primarily for Social Enterprise but may include incorporated businesses in private ownership or set up with capital from community share issues where they have been established with a clearly defined social agenda. Businesses supported from this loan fund will include renewable energy, green transport, recycling & re-use; fuel economy products or other environmentally friendly products or services.
Building Assets Fund – For Social Enterprises looking to purchase, renovate or lease their own premises. Loans are normally between £5,000 and £100,000.

Growth Fund is available for 'New Start' and 'Early Stage' Social Enterprise.
Interest for each year of the loan is charged at a flat rate on the original principal sum borrowed.
The Grant element is subject to availability of funds & is not guaranteed.
